      布孔设计是露天矿爆破的重要环节,设计的精度直接影响后续爆破施工的质量。为了提高布孔设计的便捷性和准确性,对露天矿爆破设计业务进行了深入分析和系统研究,在DIMINE数字采矿软件平台上采用C++语言开发了爆破设计软件系统。该系统充分考虑了布孔设计参数定义的灵活性,能够满足各种复杂孔网参数条件下的布孔要求,同时从布孔设计层面考虑了上部已采台阶炮孔超深对本台阶设计孔位的影响,提高了布孔设计与施工现场的匹配度。现场工程应用结果表明,软件能够满足湖山铀矿各种区块的布孔设计要求,彻底改变了矿山当前布孔方式“步骤繁多、操作复杂、效率低下”的局面,极大地提高了工作效率和布孔设计精度,为后续精细化爆破施工奠定了良好的基础。

       

      Abstract:

      Blast-hole layout design is an important part of open pit blasting, and the accuracy of design directly affects the quality of subsequent blasting construction.In order to improve the convenience and accuracy of blast-hole layout design, the blasting design business of open pit blasting is deeply analyzed and systematically studied.The blasting design software system is developed on the DIMINE digital mining software platform using C++ language.The system fully considers the flexibility of the definition of the blast-hole network parameters, and can meet the hole layout requirements under various complex hole network parameters.At the same time, from the hole layout design level, the influence of the sub-drilling of the upper mined bench blast-hole on the bench design hole position is considered, which improves the matching degree between the hole layout design and the construction site.The field engineering application results show that the software can meet the requirements of hole layout design in various blocks of uranium ore, completely change the situation of “multiple steps, complex operation and low efficiency” of the current hole layout mode, greatly improve the work efficiency and hole layout design accuracy, and lay a good foundation for the subsequent fine blasting construction.
