    围压作用对深孔爆破效果影响的研究

    Study on the effect of confining pressure on deep hole blasting

    • 摘要:

      目前,深孔爆破在煤矿坚硬顶板冲击矿压防治、煤层增透等方面应用广泛。深孔爆破炮孔处于围压作用中,但围压作用对深孔爆破效果的影响研究尚不完善。本文利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟软件,模拟有无围压两种条件下爆破裂纹形成过程,基于岩石爆破后破坏特征,对比分析了有无围压条件下破碎区、裂隙区及震动区的异同及爆破裂纹形态差异。研究结果表明:①无围压条件下裂纹扩展方向是以炮孔为中心向四周呈放射状较均匀分布,而围压条件下裂缝主要延伸方向与最小主应力方向夹角约20°,相对应的裂纹长度也有所减小,说明围压显著影响爆破裂纹最终形态;②两种条件下破碎区形成时间和半径基本一致、边界单元压力-时程曲线与冲击波峰值压力变化曲线形态大致相同,说明爆破破碎区的范围及爆炸过程中产生的应力波、冲击波在传播过程中的传播速度、传播规律、衰减规律受围压作用的影响较小。

       

      Abstract:

      At present, deep hole blasting is widely used in the prevention and control of rock burst of hard roof and anti-reflection of coal seam.The hole of deep hole blasting is under confining pressure.However, the influence of confining pressure on the effect of deep hole blasting is still incomplete.In this paper, the numerical simulation software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate the formation process of blasting cracks under the two conditions of confining pressure and without confining pressure.Based on the failure characteristics of rock after blasting, the similarities and differences of fracture zone, fracture zone and vibration zone and the differences of blasting crack morphology under the condition of confining pressure are compared and analyzed.The results show that under the condition of no confining pressure, the crack propagation direction is radially and evenly distributed around the hole, and the angle between the main fracture propagation direction and the direction of the minimum principal stress is about 20° under the condition of confining pressure.The corresponding crack length also decreases, indicating that confining pressure significantly affects the final shape of blasting crack.Under the condition of broken zone is almost the same time and radius, boundary element stress-time history curve and curve shape of shock wave peak pressure change is roughly same, indicating blasting crushing zone and occurring in the process of explosion stress wave and velocity of propagation, the propagation law of shock wave in the propagation and attenuation rule is influenced by confining pressure effect is smaller.
