    河南某低品位难选滑石型钼矿选矿试验研究

    Mineral Processing Study on Beneficiation of a low-grade refractory talc molybdenum ore in Henan Province

    • 摘要: 针对河南某低品位难选滑石型钼矿,通过预先脱泥的工艺,将部分泥化滑石脱除再进行浮选,在原矿样钼品位为0.102%,滑石含量15.21%的条件下,经过两段预先脱泥,一段粗选三段粗扫选,五段精选三段精扫选,全流程闭路试验可获得钼精矿品位45.130%,钼回收率为74.96%的优良指标。

       

      Abstract: For a low-grade and refractory talc type molybdenum ore in Henan Province, part of the argillized talc is removed through the pre desliming process, and then flotation is carried out. Under the condition that the molybdenum grade of the raw ore sample is 0.102% and the talc content is 15.21%, through two-stage pre desliming, one-stage rough separation, three-stage rough scavenging, five-stage fine separation and three-stage fine scavenging, the excellent indexes of molybdenum concentrate grade of 45.130% and molybdenum recovery rate of 74.96% can be obtained through the whole process closed-circuit test.
