    某高寒地区低品位铜钼资源高效综合回收

    Efficient comprehensive recovery of a low-grade copper and molybdenum resources in alpine area

    • 摘要: 位于我国西南部高寒高海拔地区的某特大型铜钼矿原矿含铜0.32%,钼0.012%,硫2.18%,属低品位斑岩型铜钼矿石。为了高效开发利用该铜钼资源,同时尽量避免对当地生态环境造成严重破坏,在选矿环节筛选绿色环保的选矿工艺及药剂尤为重要。为此选用矿冶科技集团有限公司研制的绿色清洁高效铜钼矿捕收剂BKYE、辅助捕收剂BKYF及铜钼分离抑制剂BKLN,采用“铜钼混合浮选-铜钼分离”原则工艺流程,闭路试验获得了铜品位22.51%、铜回收率86.19%的铜精矿以及钼品位46.12%、钼回收率75.26%的钼精矿。试验研究获得了较好的选矿指标,对类似矿产资源的综合回收具有指导意义。

       

      Abstract: A large copper-molybdenum ore located in the cold and high altitude area of southwest China contains 0.32% copper, 0.012% molybdenum and 2.18% sulfur, which belongs to a low-grade porphyry copper-molybdenum ore.SIn order to efficiently develop and utilize the copper and molybdenum resources and avoid serious damage to the local ecological environment as far as possible, it is very important to adopt green environmental mineral processing technology and reagent in mineral processing.STherefore, the green, clean and efficient copper-molybdenum ore collector BKYE, auxiliary collector BKYF and copper-molybdenum separation depressor BKLN were adopted, which are developed by BGRIMM GROUP and the principle of "copper-molybdenum bulk flotation and copper-molybdenum separation" process flowsheet was adopted.SA copper concentrate with copper grade of 22.51% and copper recovery of 86.19% and a molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 46.12% and molybdenum recovery of 75.26% were obtained in laboratory closed-circuit test. The ideal beneficiation index was obtained, which has guiding significance for the comprehensive recovery of similar mineral resources.
