    某公司工程设计阶段提资管理措施分析

    Analysis on the management measures of raising capital in the engineering design stage of a company

    • 摘要: 随着全球矿产品的价格加速上涨,矿业走出低迷并开始迎来周期行情,矿冶类工程项目随之增多。工程项目的增多导致单位时间内人员的作业负荷和劳动强度在不断增大,人才紧缺的矛盾越来越突出。不同人员的设计习惯、设计水平以及对矿山项目的熟悉程度等参差不齐,导致提资内容不全面,漏项和提资反复等问题。下游专业设计人员要耗费很大的精力核对提资资料,反复联系确认,从而导致工作效率低下,工程进度难以保证。本文以某公司为研究对象,针对工程设计提资过程中存在的问题,提出结合各专业最新提资标准,根据上下游各专业工程需求,对不同专业制定不同的模块化提资模版,力争表单化,以达到更加简便、快捷的整合各专业之间不同的资料;力争做到各专业之间的资料实现标准化、规范化、表单化,简化工作流程,提高工作效率。

       

      Abstract: As the price of global mineral products accelerated, the mining industry got out of the downturn and began to usher in a cyclical market, and mining and metallurgical engineering projects increased accordingly. The increasing number of engineering projects leads to the continuous increase of the workload and labor intensity of personnel per unit time, and the contradiction of talent shortage is becoming more and more prominent. Different personnel"s design habits, design level and familiarity with mining projects are uneven, resulting in incomplete content of capital raising, omission of items and repeated capital raising. Downstream professional designers have to spend a lot of energy to check the capital raising materials and repeatedly contact for confirmation, which leads to low work efficiency and difficult to guarantee the progress of the project. In this paper, taking a company as the research object, aiming at the problems existing in the process of capital raising in the design of its mining and metallurgical engineering, it is proposed to combine the latest capital raising standards of various majors, and formulate different modular capital raising templates for different majors according to the engineering needs of upstream and downstream majors, and strive to form a form, in order to achieve a simpler and faster integration of different data between different majors; strive to achieve standardization, standardization, and form of data between different majors, simplifying the work process and improving work efficiency.
