    磨矿专家系统在某钽铌锂选矿厂的研究及应用

    Research and Application of Grinding Expert System in Tantalum-Niobium-Li Mine

    • 摘要: 随着近年来智能制造概念的兴起,生产制造企业加大了数字化、信息化、智能化的转型升级,根据数字化矿山、智能化工厂的整体发展战略需求,为实现某钽铌锂矿磨矿过程的自动化和智能化改造,结合实际生产,针对磨矿过程设备特点,分析生产数据和操作经验,设计开发一套磨矿专家系统,以磨矿整体平衡模型为指导,实现磨矿负荷和磨矿浓度优化,以及排矿浓度的优化控制,实现生产工艺参数的自适应调整,提高整个生产过程的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: With the rise of the concept of intelligent manufacturing in recent years, manufacturing enterprises have increased the transformation and upgrading of digitalization, informatization, and intelligence. According to the needs of the overall development strategy of “Digital mines and Intelligent factories”; The automatic and intelligent transformation of the ore grinding process, combined with the actual production, according to the characteristics of the equipment in the grinding process, analyze the production data and operating experience, design and develop a set of grinding expert system, and realize the grinding under the guidance of the overall balance model of grinding. The optimization of load and grinding concentration, as well as the optimal control of discharge concentration, realize self-adaptive adjustment of production process parameters and improve the stability of the entire production process.
