    Application of Side Blowing Furnace Automatic Tuyere Robot Puncher in a Smelter

    • 摘要: 捅风眼是富氧侧吹炉工艺过程的重要操作,目前侧吹炉捅打风眼主要依靠人工操作,并不能满足铜冶炼工艺高效、安全、智能、可靠的需求,侧吹炉自动捅风眼机器人的成功研发与应用,能够有效提高生产效率,降低工人劳动强度,符合当前建设智能功能的需求。

       

      Abstract: Punching tuyere is an important operation in the process of the oxygen-enriched side blowing furnace. At present, the Punching tuyere of the side blowing furnace still mainly relies on manual labor, which cannot meet the requirements of the current copper smelting process for high efficiency, safety, intelligence and reliability. The successful development and application of the Automatic Tuyere Robot Puncher can effectively improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity of workers, and meet the current needs of building intelligent functions.
