    • 摘要: 某铀矿资源模型转化为采矿块体模型过程中,矿岩交界处废石混入对采矿块体模型品位有重要影响。随着认识的深入,发现废石中的品位和矿岩混合带宽度是影响采矿块体模型品位的重要因素。本文通过分析废石混入机理,试算不同废石品位和废石混入宽度,拟合开采作业过程中矿石贫化规律,经过多方案试算,在确定的采矿块体模型尺寸条件下,寻求合理的废石混入模式,计算贫化后品位,经过与实际生产数据对比,达到了良好的拟合效果。

       

      Abstract: In the process of transforming the resource model of a uranium mine into the mining block model, the mixing of waste rock mixing at ore-rock junction has an important influence on the grade of mining block model. With the deepening of understanding, it is found that the grade of waste and the width of rock mixed zone are important factors affecting the grade of mining block model. This paper analyzes the principle of waste rock mixing, calculates different waste grades and rock mixing thicknesses, and fits the ore dilution law during mining operations. After multi scheme calculation, under the condition of determined mining block model size, it seeks a reasonable waste mixing model and calculates the grade after dilution. After comparison with actual production data, it achieves a good fitting effect.
