    关于矿产资源开发利用方案中涉及到水工环部分编写的建议与探讨

    Suggestions and discussions concerning the hydrogeology, engineering geology and environmental geology in the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources

    • 摘要: 本文结合近几年参加《矿产资源开发利用方案》评审的工作情况和经验,梳理了《矿产资源开发利用方案》的编制要点,总结了《矿产资源开发利用方案》中有关水文地质、工程地质和环境地质部分章节存在的普遍共性问题,并据此提出改进建议,供《矿产资源开发利用方案》编写单位借鉴参考。

       

      Abstract: Combined with the work experience of participating in the review of mineral resources development and utilization plans in recent years, this paper sorts out the main points of the preparation of mineral resources development and utilization plans, and summarizes the common problems existing in the sections on hydrogeology, engineering geology and environmental geological conditions in the mineral resources development and utilization plan (hereinafter referred to as the "hydrosphere part"). Then some suggestions for improvement were put forward for the reference of the units preparing the mineral resources development and utilization plan.
