    近距离煤柱下特厚煤层综放开采矿压分析与应用

    Analysis and application of ground pressure in fully mechanized top coal caving mining of extra thick coal seam under short distance coal pillar

    • 摘要: 中煤大同塔山煤矿3-5号煤层30515综放工作面采用综采放顶煤一次采全厚采煤法,开采强度大,煤层结构较为复杂,且首次在上覆近距离采空区煤柱下开采,首次临空隔小煤柱开采,采动破坏影响较为明显,对围岩运动规律、矿压显现、顶板控制等无经验可借鉴。因此,对该工作面特殊条件下矿压显现规律采取理论分析、现场实测等方式,对上覆煤柱集中应力在底板中的分布规律及破坏深度进行理论分析和研究,对塔山煤矿特厚煤层综放工作面开采过程中的围岩活动规律、煤岩层破裂和相关的应力场变化进行监测与分析,对回采过程中超前支承压力分布变化规律进行研究,制定有针对性的顶板控制措施、矿压防治措施,是保证该工作面安全顺利开采的前提条件,对满足塔山煤矿安全生产需要具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: The 30515 fully mechanized top coal caving face of No.3-5 coal seam in Tashan Coal Mine, Datong, China Coal adopts the fully mechanized top coal caving and one-time full thickness mining method, the mining intensity is high and the coal seam structure is complex, and mining under the coal pillar of the overlying short distance goaf for the first time, it is the first time to separate small coal pillars in the air, the impact of mining damage is obvious. There is no experience for surrounding rock movement law, ground pressure behavior and roof control. Therefore, adopts the methods of theoretical analysis and field measurement for the ground pressure behavior law under the special conditions of the working face, the distribution law and failure depth of the concentrated stress of the overlying coal pillar in the floor are theoretically analyzed and studied, the surrounding rock activity law, coal and rock fracture and related stress field changes in the fully mechanized top coal caving face of extra thick coal seam in Tashan Coal Mine are monitored and analyzed, studies the distribution and variation law of super front abutment pressure in the process of mining, formulates targeted roof control measures and mine pressure prevention measures, it is the prerequisite to ensure the safe and smooth mining of the working face, it is of great significance to meet the needs of safety production in Tashan Coal Mine.
