    特厚煤层临空巷道动压显现特征及控制技术研究

    Research on dynamic pressure behavior and control technology of goaf roadway in extra-thick coal seam

    • 摘要: 特厚煤层综放工作面开采扰动强度大,导致其临空巷道的强矿压显现更为强烈,相应的治理措施也需更系统、全面。基于晋能控股煤业集团同忻煤矿8202工作面地质条件,通过分析临空回采巷道上覆岩层运移规律,总结了临空回采巷道围岩破坏形式以及相应的影响因素。同时利用数值模拟手段,结合现场实践的方法,研究并试验了特厚煤层综放工作面临空巷道严重变形的综合治理措施。研究结果表明:特厚煤层综放工作面临空巷道围岩变形程度的影响因素包括临空稳定期、煤柱宽度、煤厚、岩层岩性、巷道断面、地质构造、支护方式、辅助卸压措施及现场管理等。研究提出的“避让优先,卸支同步,加强现场管理”综合治理举措,现场试验效果较好。该治理举措在同忻煤矿的成功实践,不仅取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,也为特厚煤层条件下安全回采技术研究以及类似条件下巷道变形问题的治理提供了经验措施和相关数据。

       

      Abstract: The mining disturbance intensity of full-mechanized top-coal caving face in extra-thick coal seam is great, which causes the strong ground pressure behavior of the gob-facing roadway to be more intense. Based on the geological conditions of No.8202 working face in Tongxin Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Group, by analyzing the movement law of the overlying strata in goaf roadway, the failure forms of surrounding rocks and the relevant influencing factors are summarized. At the same time, by means of numerical simulation and field practice, the comprehensive treatment measures for severe deformation of goaf roadway in fully mechanized top-coal caving of extra-thick coal seam are studied and tested. The research results show that the influencing factors of surrounding rock deformation degree of goaf roadway in full-mechanized top-coal caving of extra-thick coal seam involve many factors such as gob-faced stable period, coal pillar width, coal thickness, rock stratum lithology, roadway cross-section, geological structure, support mode, auxiliary pressure-relief measures and site management. The comprehensive measures of “give priority to avoid, supporting and unloading synchronously, strengthening field management” have better effect in the field test. The practice shows that the measure has been applied successfully in Tongxin Coal Mine, and remarkable economic and social benefits have been obtained, it also provides experience measures and data for the study of safe mining technology under the condition of extra-thick coal seam and the treatment of roadway deformation under similar conditions.
