    Productivity prediction model and application of surface well pumping productivity in mining stabilization zone under single coal seam mining

    • 摘要: 我国目前尚未有用于采动稳定区地面井抽采产能预测的计算模型,难以为地面井抽采设计提供可靠依据。基于此,通过深入挖掘成庄矿5310工作面试验井全过程抽采数据,采用全程拟合对比法分析去除多余气源影响下的地面井实际抽采数据,获得了地面井单日瓦斯抽采产能预测模型,并将产能预测模型与岳城矿不同工作面地面井全程抽采数据进行对比验证。研究结果表明:采动稳定区地面井日抽采量变化总体呈指数函数变化,预测模型拟合数据与岳城矿YCCD-02井各阶段不同工作面实际抽采数据的相关性可达85%以上。同时,构建的产能预测模型预测煤层气抽采量与岳城矿YCCD-02井后期实际抽采量吻合率达到85.5%,验证了该预测模型的准确性,可用于指导煤矿采动稳定区煤层气地面井抽采设计和稳定区瓦斯科学开发。

       

      Abstract: At present, there is no calculation model for predicting the pumping capacity of surface wells in mining stability areas in China, which is difficult to provide reliable basis for the pumping design of surface wells. Based on this, obtaining the single-day gas extraction capacity prediction model of surface wells by deeply digging the whole process extraction data of 5310 working face in Chengzhuang Mine, using the whole-process fitting comparison method to analyze the actual extraction data of surface wells under the influence of removing excess gas sources, comparing and verifing the productivity prediction model with the whole-process extraction data of surface wells in different working faces of Yuecheng Mine. The research results show that the daily pumping volume of surface wells in the mining stability area changes in an exponential function, and the correlation between the fitting data of the prediction model and the actual pumping data of different working faces at different stages of well YCCD-02 of Yuecheng Mine can reach more than 85%. At the same time, the constructed productivity prediction model predicted the coalbed methane extraction volume and the actual extraction volume of Yuecheng Mine in the later stage of well YCCD-02 reached 85.5%, which verified the accuracy of the prediction model, and can be used to guide the design of coalbed methane surface well pumping in the mining stability area and the scientific development of gas in the stable area.
