    铅锌渣复合胶凝材料在矿山膏体充填中的应用研究

    Application of lead-zinc slag composite cementitious material in paste filling of mine

      为了实现铅锌渣的资源综合利用,研究新型复合胶凝材料,对铅锌渣的物理化学性质进行测定,采用机械活化和碱激发方式,探索研究出了铅锌渣复合胶凝材料,并采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、电镜扫描(SEM)对铅锌渣复合胶凝材料的微观形态和水化机理进行了研究分析。研究结果表明:铅锌渣复合胶凝材料具有较好的性能,可有效解决矿山早期强度偏低的问题,且后期强度稳定,其制备的膏体属于第Ⅱ类一般工业固体废物,符合国家相关标准;在满足矿山设计要求下,充填浓度均为75%时,灰砂比为1∶6的YH胶凝材料可代替灰砂比为1∶4的矿山现用充填水泥,单方充填材料成本下降11%左右。本文研究成果可在国内类似矿山推广应用。

       

      Abstract:

      In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of lead-zinc slag resources and explore new composite cementitious materials, the physical and chemical properties of lead-zinc slag are measured, the lead-zinc slag composite cementitious materials are explored by mechanical activation and alkali excitation.The micro morphology and hydration mechanism of the lead-zinc slag composite cementitious materials are studied and analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and electron microscope scanning (SEM).The results of laboratory and industrial tests show that the lead-zinc slag composite cementitious material has good performance, can effectively solve the problem of low strength in the early stage of the mine, and has stable strength in the later stage.The paste prepared by it belongs to class Ⅱ general industrial solid waste and meets the relevant national standards.Under the condition that the mine design requirements are met, when the concentration is 75%, 1∶6 cement sand ratio can be used to replace 1∶4 cement currently used in the mine, and the cost of one-way filling material can be reduced by about 11%.The research results can be popularized and applied in similar mines in China.
