    Width selection and engineering application of small coal pillar goaf roadway in island fully mechanized caving face of 19 m extra-thick coal seam

      为研究19 m特厚煤层孤岛综放工作面小煤柱沿空巷道煤柱合理宽度,以东古城煤业Z109工作面为研究对象,采用极限平衡理论经验公式,计算得到沿空巷道合理煤柱宽度理论值为7.7~9.1 m;采用FLAC3D软件建立了不同煤柱宽度的数值计算模型,分析了孤岛工作面围岩应力分布规律以及不同煤柱宽度条件下掘巷和工作面回采阶段沿空巷道围岩及煤柱破坏特征,确定了煤柱合理宽度为8 m;通过现场实测,得到了掘巷及回采期间巷道围岩变形量,实测结果表明巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,护巷煤柱留设宽度选择较为合理。本文研究成果对于指导特厚煤层孤岛综放面小煤柱沿空巷道合理煤柱宽度选择具有一定的理论意义与工程意义。

       

      Abstract:

      In order to study the reasonable width of small pillar gob side entry in the island fully mechanized top coal caving face of 19 m extra thick seam, taking Z109 working face of Donggucheng Coal industry as the research object, the theoretical value of reasonable coal pillar width of gob side entry is calculated as 7.7-9.1 m by using the empirical formula of limit equilibrium theory.FLAC3D software is used to establish the numerical calculation model of different coal pillar widths.The stress distribution law of surrounding rock of island working face and the failure characteristics of surrounding rock and coal pillar of gob side entry in the driving and mining stages of working face under different coal pillar widths are analyzed, and the reasonable width of coal pillar is determined to be 8 m.Through field measurement, the deformation of surrounding rock during tunneling and mining is obtained.The measured results show that the deformation of surrounding rock is effectively controlled, and the coal pillar width is reasonably selected.The research results have certain theoretical and engineering significance for guiding the reasonable selection of pillar width in gob side entry of small coal pillar in island fully mechanized top coal caving face in extra thick coal seam.
