    沉积变异区巷道变形特征及厚层锚注控制技术研究

    Research on deformation and failure characteristics of coal roadway in sedimentary variation area and control technology of thick layer anchor grouting

    • 摘要:

      针对沉积变异区巷道围岩应力集中度高、变形破坏严重等问题,本文以赵楼煤矿7303工作面运输顺槽为工程背景,基于现场调研总结归纳了沉积变异区巷道围岩三类变形破坏模式,模拟对比分析了完整岩层与沉积变异巷道掘进过程中矿压显现特征,沉积变异巷道围岩局部应力集中程度高、岩层分界面处易形成离层产生分区破坏,塑性区明显增大;进一步提出厚层锚注控制技术,利用柔性注浆锚杆实现了厚层锚固与注浆改性的有机结合,提出了修复加固方案并进行了工业性试验。研究结果表明:锚杆索支护阻力稳定,巷道围岩变形速度减慢,变形量控制在100 mm以内,裂隙发育在基础锚固层内,巷道控制效果良好。

       

      Abstract:

      In view of the problems of high stress concentration and serious deformation and failure of roadway surrounding rock in sedimentary variation area.Taking the haulage gateway of 7303 working face in Zhaolou Coal Mine as the engineering background, based on the on-site investigation, three types of deformation and failure modes of roadway surrounding rock in sedimentary variation area are summarized, and the characteristics of mine pressure during tunneling of intact rock stratum and sedimentary variation roadway are simulated and compared.In abnormal roadways, the local stress concentration degree of surrounding rock is high, and delamination is easy to form at the interface of rock strata, resulting in zonal damage, and the plastic zone is obviously increased.Furthermore, the control technology of thick layer anchor grouting is put forward, and the organic combination of thick layer anchor grouting modification is realized by using flexible grouting anchor.Finally, the repair and reinforcement scheme is designed and the industrial test is carried out.The results show that the resistance of bolt-cable support is stable, the deformation speed of roadway surrounding rock slows down, the deformation is controlled within 100 mm, and the crack develops in the foundation anchorage layer, with good control effect.
