    基于FP-Growth算法的煤矿安全信息管理系统设计及应用

    Design and application of coal mine safety information management system based on FP-Growth algorithm

    • 摘要: 为将煤矿安全生产管理关口再度前移,强化对煤矿生产一线的安全管理,提出了基于FP-Growth算法的煤矿安全信息管理系统。首先明确了系统设计目标及架构设计方案,以移动智能手持终端等为前端设备,采用B/S模式结合JAVA、CSS等语言研发出可运行于内部局域网(Intranet)和互联网(Internet)并支持多终端互动的安全信息管理系统;其次研发了系统主要功能模块包括事故隐患排查、风险分级管控、不安全行为治理及其他功能等;最后将系统应用于陕北某矿,并基于FP-Growth算法对该矿事故隐患数据进行深度挖掘,分析其不同维度数据间的关联性。研究及应用结果表明:该系统的应用能够对煤矿事故隐患起到预防预警的作用,可有效遏制生产一线安全生产风险与事故隐患的发生,有效保障煤矿的安全、高效生产,为煤矿安全生产提供辅助决策。

       

      Abstract: In order to move the coal mine safety production management threshold forward again and strengthen the safety management of the coal mine production line, a coal mine safety information management system based on FP-Growth algorithm is proposed.Firstly, the system design goals and architecture design plan are clarified.Mobile smart handheld terminals, etc.are used as front-end equipment.Using B/S mode combined with JAVA, CSS and other languages to develop a security information management system that can run on the internal local area network (Intranet) and the Internet (Internet) and support multi-terminal interaction.Secondly, the main functional modules of the system are developed, including accident hidden danger investigation, risk classification management and control, unsafe behavior management and other functions, etc.Finally, the system is applied to a mine in Northern Shaanxi.And based on the FP-Growth algorithm, the mine accident hidden danger data is deeply excavated, and the correlation between the data in different dimensions is analyzed.Research and application results show that the application of this system can play a preventive and early warning role in the hidden danger of coal mine accidents, it can effectively curb the occurrence of safety production risks and hidden dangers in the production line.Effectively guarantee the safe and efficient production of coal mines, and provide auxiliary decision-making for safe production of coal mines.
