    煤自燃多参数气体主辅预测指标体系研究

    Study on main and auxiliary prediction index system of multi-parameter gas in coal spontaneous combustion

      深入研究煤自燃进程中的指标气体变化规律, 对煤矿火灾的早期预测预防起到至关重要的作用。基于此, 本文开展了煤样程序升温实验, 分析了氧化产物、烷烃气体、烯烃气体以及各指标气体比值随温度的变化趋势。结合灰色关联分析的数学方法获得了11个指标气体浓度或指标气体浓度比值与煤温度之间关联程度的具体数值, 根据数值大小排序判别各指标与温度变化趋势的匹配程度, 进而优选出五个不同温度阶段适合预测煤自燃排名前六名的指标, 构建了以前三名预测指标为主、后三名预测指标为辅的煤自燃预测体系。其中, 温度为> 70~110 ℃的前三名预测指标为C2H6、C2H6/C3H8和C3H8, 灰色关联程度分别为0.810 4、0.807 5、0.763 8。由此可知, 该预测指标体系主要以烷烃气体、链烷比及烯烷比为基础, 其与温度变化趋势有着更强的相关度。研究结果为丰富完善煤自燃预测指标体系以及更合理地预测预报煤自燃进程提供了支撑。

       

      Abstract:

      It is important for the early prediction and prevention of coal fire to study the variation law of indicator gas in the process of coal spontaneous combustion.Based on this, the temperature programmed rise experiment of coal samples is carried out to analyze the changing trend of oxidation products, alkane gas, olefin gas and the ratio of each indicator gas with temperature.Combined with the mathematical method of grey correlation analysis, the specific values of the correlation degree between the 11 index gas concentrations or the ratio of the index gas concentrations and the coal temperature are obtained, and the matching degree of each index and the temperature change trend is judged according to the numerical value order, and then the top six indicators suitable for predicting the coal spontaneous combustion at five different temperature stages are selected, and the top three prediction indicators are constructed coal spontaneous combustion prediction system supplemented by the last three prediction indicators.Among them, C2H6, C2H6/C3H8and C3H8are the top three prediction indicators with temperature of > 70-110 ℃, and the grey correlation degree is 0.810 4, 0.807 5 and 0.763 8 respectively.It can be seen that the prediction index system is mainly based on alkane gas, alkane ratio and alkene ratio, which has a stronger correlation with the trend of temperature change.The research results provide certain support for enriching and improving the prediction index system of coal spontaneous combustion and more reasonable prediction of coal spontaneous combustion process.
