    海南石碌铁矿枫树下露天采场涌水量试验研究

    Experimental study on the water inflow of Fengshuxia Open Pit in Hainan Shilu Iron Mine

      采场涌水量预测是矿山设计中的重要一环。但常见涌水量预测设计中, 不仅存在渗透系数取值不够准确的情况, 而且没有考虑降雨过程的影响, 使得预测值与实际值相比偏差较大。针对海南矿业枫树下采场在降雨条件下的采场涌水问题, 采用矿坑抽水试验测算、渗流计算反演、钻孔抽水试验等方法测算获得了该矿坑的综合渗透系数、上覆土层渗透系数及局部渗透系数; 确定了该露天采场的渗透系数; 根据对该矿坑雨季长达四个月的降雨量、矿坑水位及地下水位等数据监测, 分析了该矿坑在雨季的涌水量特点; 计算了50~70 d一次连续降雨下矿坑水分迁移过程, 得到枫树下露天采场降雨过程中涌水量变化渗流机理; 研究提出了对于单次100 mm以上的降雨需要进行矿坑外围截排, 防止大量地表径流进入矿坑, 增加后续抽水的压力。本文研究结果可为海南热带雨林地区涌水量计算提供工程参考。

       

      Abstract:

      Water inflow estimation is an important component for mine design.However, in the design of common water inflow prediction, not only the value of permeability coefficient is not accurate enough, but also the impact of rainfall process is not considered, which makes the prediction value deviate from the actual value.In view of the problem of water inflow in the stope under the rainfall condition of Fengshuxia Open Pit in Hainan Mining, the comprehensive permeability coefficient, the permeability coefficient of the overlying soil layer and the local permeability coefficient of the mine pit are calculated by the methods of pit pumping test calculation, seepage calculation inversion and borehole pumping test.The permeability coefficient of the open pit is determined.Based on the monitoring of the rainfall, water level and underground water level of the mine for four months in the rainy season, the characteristics of the water inflow of the mine in the rainy season are analyzed.The water migration process of the mine pit under a continuous rainfall from the 50th to 70th days is calculated, and the seepage mechanism of the change of water inflow in the rainfall process of the open pit in Fengshuxia Open Pit is obtained.The study proposed that for a single rainfall of more than 100 mm, it is necessary to cut off and drain the periphery of the pit to prevent a large amount of surface runoff from entering the pit and increase the pressure of subsequent pumping.The results of this paper can provide engineering reference for the calculation of water inflow in the tropical rainforest area of Hainan.
