Abstract:
As the third generation of uranium mining and metallurgy technology,in-situ leaching of uranium plays a pivotal role in the field of uranium mining and metallurgy in China. As the "throat" of in-situ leaching of uranium mining, the quality of in-situ leaching borehole completion plays a crucial role in the successful application of in-situ leaching of uranium mining technology. This paper introduces the concepts, principles, uses, advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used drilling quality inspection logging methods, and studies the interpretation and application of these methods in the actual inspection of drilling quality in a uranium mine in Inner Mongolia. The research results show that the use of a single logging method in drilling quality testing can produce bias or deficiencies in certain specific situations, but the combined use of temperature logging and density logging methods can make up for their respective shortcomings, which can play a more accurate role in determining the gravel interface, determining the cement bond quality, and whether there is a phenomenon of crosscutting and fluid leakage. At the same time,it can also clearly determine the installation location and working status of the filter, and provide clear guidance for subsequent production operations, resource judgment, and hole placement.
