Abstract:
In order to suppress the dust flying from underground coal mines and open piles of coal in industrial mines, uses polyacrylamide as the monomer and graft copolymerization modification technology to modify soy protein isolate, so as to prepare a composite consolidated dust suppressant with both wetting and bonding properties. The best dust suppressant ratios are obtained by orthogonal experimental method, that is the mass fractions of SPI, APS, MBA and PAM are 0.60%, 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.10%. On the basis of the test of anti-evaporation, pressure resistance, wettability and adhesion of the dust suppressant, the micromorphology of the coal dust surface after spraying the dust suppressant is analyzed by in combination with scanning electron microscopy tests. The results show that a tight solidification layer is formed on the surface of the coal sample sprayed with dust suppressant, which can effectively prevent the evaporation of water and prevent dust from flying. Through hardness test, it is found that the hardness of the curing layer can reach 82.3 HA, which can effectively extend the use time of the dust suppressant, and the dust suppressant has good wettability, which is conducive to further enhancing the consolidation and dust suppression effect.
