    Analysis of mechanical properties of flexible bolt and its engineering application

    • 摘要: 为分析柔性锚杆力学性能及支护技术研究,在实验室开展了柔性锚杆静载力学性能测试,分析了柔性锚杆扭矩与预紧力的转换关系,确定了合理的预紧力参数,并开展了井下工程应用。研究结果表明:柔性锚杆具有较高的承载特性,静载拉伸力-位移变化过程可划分为初始承载阶段、类弹性阶段、屈服强化阶段以及破断阶段,平均屈服力为320 kN,平均承载力为357.23 kN,柔性锚杆的高承载性能,可实现低密度大排距强力支护目的,抑制浅部顶板岩层变形,发挥深部岩层的承载性能,形成稳定的连续承载梁。工程应用表明,柔性锚杆在距离工作面100 m左右时达到稳定,其承载水平较普通锚杆显著提高,受力稳定后承载力在113.5~127.4 kN范围内,较初始预紧力提高了47.9%~55.7%;巷道掘进后初期变形小,整体成型效果好,巷道两帮最大内挤变形17.5 mm,顶底板最大移近量13.7 mm,表明柔性锚杆支护可有效控制巷道围岩变形。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze the mechanical properties and support technology research of flexible anchor rods,static load mechanical properties testing of flexible anchor rods is conducted in the laboratory,and the conversion relationship between torque and preload of flexible anchor rods is analyzed.Reasonable preload parameters are determined,and underground engineering applications are carried out.The results show that flexible anchor rods have high bearing characteristics,and the static load tensile force displacement change process can be divided into initial bearing stage,quasi elastic stage in the yield strengthening stage and the fracture stage,the average yield strength is 320 kN,and the average bearing capacity is 357.23 kN.The high bearing performance of flexible anchor rods can achieve the purpose of low density and large row spacing strong support,inhibit the deformation of shallow roof rock layers,give full play to the bearing performance of deep rock layers,and form a stable continuous bearing beam.The engineering application shows that the flexible anchor rod reaches stability at a distance of about 100 m from the working face,and its bearing level is significantly improved compared to the ordinary anchor rod.After being stabilized,the bearing capacity ranges from 113.5 kN to 127.4 kN,which is from 47.9% to 55.7% higher than the initial preload.After excavation,the initial deformation of the roadway is small,and the overall molding effect is good.The maximum inward deformation of the two sides of the roadway is 17.5 mm,and the maximum displacement of the roof and floor is 13.7 mm,indicating that flexible anchor support can effectively control the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock.
