    炼焦煤选煤厂提质增效的方法与实践进展研究

    Research on method and practice progress of improving quality and efficiency at coking coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为了保护稀缺的炼焦煤资源,最大限度回收炼焦煤,通过分析不同地区、不同厂型的炼焦煤选煤厂的选煤方法、工艺、产品结构及设备设施现状,提出通过中煤再选、煤泥深度浮选工艺提高精煤及中煤产率,采用新型脱水设备强化粗煤泥脱泥降灰、细煤泥脱水效果,以及实施选煤厂智能化等方法实现选煤厂产率最大、成本最低。分析甲厂中煤经破碎解离后采用重介、浮选等方法再选回收低灰精煤及中煤,实现年增净利润8 135万元;乙厂浓缩机底流经三次浮选,实现煤泥转换中煤0.6%、转化精煤0.9%,选煤厂增加利润2 627.5万元/a;介绍了粗精煤泥高频叠筛、细煤泥高压压滤机的工作原理及在脱水脱泥方面的应用,以及选煤厂生产工艺环节重介系统、浓缩系统、压滤系统智能化改造等方面的实践,逐一分析应用效果,选煤厂经济和环境效益显著,具有广泛的推广价值。

       

      Abstract: In order to protect the scarce coking coal resources and maximize recovery of coking coal, methods of improving quality and efficiency is presented through the status analysis of the coal preparation method, process, product structure and equipment and facilities of different coking coal preparation plants in different regions. It is proposed to improve the yield of clean coal and medium coal by the re-separation of medium coal and the deep flotation process of coal slime. The new dehydration equipment is used which strengthen the desliming and ash reduction of coarse coal slime, and improve the product quality of fine coal slime by dehydration. Realization of intelligent coal preparation plant is helpful to achieve the maximum yield and the lowest cost for coking coal preparation plant. It realized the annual net profit of 81.35 million yuan after middling scrushing and dissociation which low ash clean coal and middlings are recovered by heavy medium and flotation at the first coal preparation plant. It increased profits 26.275 million yuan a year by three flotations for the thickener bottom flows, which coal slime changed into middling by 0.6% and changed into cleaned coal by 0.9% at the second coal preparation plant. The application effects of dehydration of coarse clean coal slime by multi-stack high-frequency screen, dehydration of fine coal slime by high-pressure filter press and intelligent transformation of production process system are analyzed for example heavy medium system, concentration system, pressure filtration system one by one. The economic and environmental benefits of coal preparation plant are remarkable, which has extensive promotion value.
