    Electronic fence technology and prevention of mining right overlying and overcrossing mining

    • 摘要: 电子围栏技术是一种基于各种物理力量的周界防护技术,主要应用于重要场所的安全防护。而信息时代一种基于物联网通过位置信息采集来管理空间范围的技术也称为电子围栏技术。前者归属于实体电子围栏技术,后者归属于虚拟电子围栏技术。基于对采矿权超层越界事件空间变化的分析,探讨了应用电子围栏技术防范采矿权人超层越界开采矿产资源的监管技术,提出了智能界桩电子围栏和电子标签界桩围栏两种实体电子围栏技术方案,以及基于巡检的虚拟电子围栏和基于图像识别的虚拟电子围栏两种虚拟电子围栏技术方案。

       

      Abstract: Electronic fence technology is a perimeter protection technology based on various physical forces, mainly applied to the security protection of important places.In the information age, a technology based on the Internet of things to manage spatial range through information reception is also known as electronic fence technology.In this paper, the former belongs to the physical electronic fence technology, and the latter belongs to the virtual electronic fence technology.Based on the analysis of the spatial changes of mining rights beyond the boundary events, this paper discusses the regulatory technology for preventing mining rights holders from mining mineral resources beyond the boundary by using electronic fence technology.Two physical electronic fence technology schemes, intelligent boundary post electronic fence and electronic label boundary post fence, as well as two virtual electronic fence technology schemes, namely, patrol based virtual electronic fence and image recognition based virtual electronic fence, are proposed.
