    雄安新区中深层地热井钻完井难点分析及对策探讨

    Difficulty analysis and countermeasure discussion on drilling and completion of mid-deep geothermal well in Xiong’an New Area

    • 摘要: 雄安新区地质条件复杂,近几年勘探空白区的探井钻井施工复杂与事故率较高,对于大规模开发利用地热资源有不利影响。为了降低雄安新区钻井施工风险,通过研究区域地质条件和分析区域地热井施工经验,认为蓟县系顶部风化壳漏失严重卡层困难、碳酸盐岩井段持续漏失钻井施工风险高、区域地层造斜能力强易井斜超标和地层可钻性差钻头磨损快寿命短是当前雄安新区地热井施工面临的主要技术难点。针对这一系列问题,提出了计算必封点、膨胀管封隔和调整为四开结构等三种井身结构优化设计方案;论述了清水充空气正循环钻井工艺、气举反循环钻井工艺以及气举正循环钻井工艺等三种欠平衡钻井工艺的原理、应用效果分析及施工不利因素,并基于层次分析法建立了三种工艺的评价优选模型,具体实施时可基于项目条件优选最适用的工艺技术。研究提出的易斜地层井眼轨迹控制方案、取芯钻具和钻头优选方案在一定程度上解决了区域地热井井斜超标、取芯收获率低和钻头寿命短的问题,并通过现场应用效果分析证明了技术对策的可靠性。

       

      Abstract: The geological conditions of Xiong’an New Area are complex. In recent years, the drilling of exploration wells in the exploration blank area are complex and the accident rate is high, which has adverse effects on the large-scale development and utilization of geothermal resources in the new area. In order to reduce the risk of drilling in Xiong’an New Area, through the study of regional geological conditions and the analysis of regional geothermal well construction experience, it is considered that the main technical difficulties faced by the geothermal well construction in Xiong’an New Area are the serious leakage of weathering crust at the top of Jixian System, the high risk of continuous leakage drilling in carbonate well section, the strong deviation ability of regional strata, the excessive deviation of wells and the poor drillability of strata. In view of this series of problems, three kinds of well structure optimization design schemes are put forward, such as calculation of sealing point, expansion pipe sealing and adjustment to four section structure. And discusses the principle, application effect analysis and construction unfavorable factors of three kinds of underbalanced drilling processes, such as water-filled air positive circulation drilling process, air-lift reverse circulation drilling process and air-lift positive circulation drilling process. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the evaluation and optimization model of the three processes is established, and the most suitable technology can be selected based on the project conditions. The proposed wellbore trajectory control scheme, coring drilling tool and bit optimization scheme solve the problems of excessive deviation, low coring recovery rate and short bit life of regional geothermal wells to a certain extent. The reliability of the technical countermeasures is proved by field application effect analysis.
