    瓦斯抽采钻孔轨迹检测技术及应用

    • 摘要: 瓦斯抽采钻孔空间位置测定是避免抽采瓦斯空白区、保障煤矿瓦斯安全抽采的重要手段。合理布置钻孔是高效利用钻孔的关键,而钻孔轨迹是影响抽采钻孔成孔效果的关键因素。目前,矿用轨迹检测技术无法实现多孔三维轨迹成像,对于钻孔轨迹偏差分析浅显,无法合理指导钻孔的施工。为此,本文基于电子罗盘和陀螺仪技术原理研制了手持式矿用钻孔轨迹仪,以实现矿井钻孔群管理、三维轨迹成像和钻孔偏差分析。将设备应用于陈四楼矿井21210工作面的钻孔现场,结果表明:设备能精准计算出钻孔垂直偏移和水平偏移、终孔倾角、方位角和孔深,同时设备的终端软件对钻孔三维轨迹成像,实现了钻孔群管理。且钻孔偏差分析表明钻孔轨迹向左上偏移的概率大于向右下偏移的概率;由于受钻进压力和工作面地质条件的影响,导致钻孔各测点方位角和倾角与设计值存在偏差,40%的钻孔轨迹与设计值偏移较大。钻孔成孔后偏移容易导致抽采空白带,影响瓦斯抽采效率,工作面后续钻孔施工需依照钻孔偏移轨迹调整施工方法,以保证钻孔进尺的有效性,提高瓦斯抽采效果。

       

      Abstract: Gas extraction drilling space position measurement is an important means to avoid gas extraction blank areas to ensure coal mine safety production. Reasonable arrangement of drilling is the key to the use of drilling, while the drilling trajectory is a key factor affecting the effect of pumping drilling holes. At present, the mine trajectory detection technology cannot achieve multi-hole three-dimensional trajectory imaging, and the analysis of drilling trajectory deviation is superficial, which cannot reasonably guide the construction of drilling holes. The handheld mining drilling trajectory instrument is developed based on the technical principle of electronic compass and gyroscope, to realize mine drilling group management, 3D trajectory imaging and drilling deviation analysis. The equipment is applied on site in the drilling hole of the 21210 working face of the Chensilou Mine Area, the results show that the equipment can accurately calculate the vertical offset and horizontal offset, final hole inclination, azimuth angle and hole depth of the drilling hole, and the terminal software of the equipment can image the three-dimensional trajectory of the drilling hole to realize the management of the drilling group, and the drilling deviation analysis shows that the probability of the drilling trajectory offset to the left is greater than the probability of the lower right shift. Due to the influence of drilling pressure and geological conditions of the working face, the azimuth angle and inclination angle of each measurement point of the drilling hole deviated from the design value, and 40% of the drilling trajectory is greatly deviation from the design value. The track deviation after drilling is easy to lead to the extraction of blank zone, which affects the gas extraction efficiency, and the subsequent drilling construction of the working face needs to adjust the construction method according to the deviation trajectory of the drilling to ensure the effectiveness of the drilling scale and improve the gas extraction effect.
