Abstract: Gansu Province has achieved certain results in the construction of green mines through the continuous improvement of top-level design at the provincial government level, the strengthening of coordination and linkage among relevant competent departments, the active development and release of provincial green mine standards, the drafting of green mine construction and third-party evaluation management methods, and the practical strengthening of green mine construction supervision and management. Combines the situation and specific requirements of green mine construction in Gansu Province, such as the continuous promotion of ecological civilization construction, the strategic needs of important regional development, the realistic needs of resource-based regional development, and the provincial government’s more attention to green and low-carbon development. In order to better promote the construction and management of green mines, it is proposed to further improve the collaborative supervision mechanism, improve the evaluation index of green mines, effectively carry out third-party evaluation, and systematically promote the construction of green mines.
