    地质勘查项目“产研一体”深度融合的模式与思考:以中央地质勘查基金项目为例

    Model and thinking on deep integration of production and research in geological exploration projects: taking the project of Central Geological Exploration Fund as an example

    • 摘要: 当前,我国矿产资源供需形势趋紧,矿产勘查和开采的深度和难度不断增加。在当前地质找矿的新形势下,运用地质理论成果指导找矿勘查实践,加快促进地质勘查与科研的深度融合,体现了地质科研对勘查服务的重要支撑作用,是提升地质勘查科研能力、推动地质科技创新、培养地质与科研复合型人才的有力举措。从地质科技管理角度,以中央地质勘查基金管理中心项目为例,研究分析了“产研一体”是地质勘查与科研深度融合的成功模式;介绍了中央地质勘查基金项目“产研一体”运行情况、特点和典型实例;探讨了当前地质勘查与科研结合过程中存在的科研经费投入不足及缺乏科技创新意识、勘查与科研脱节、重勘查轻科研、复合型人才缺乏等问题。针对问题提出了科技管理创新措施和建议:加大地质勘查项目科研投入,促进科技成果转化;构建“产学研”一体化的运行机制;完善地质勘查与科研指标评价体系;培养具备地质业务和科研能力的复合型人才。

       

      Abstract: At present, the supply and demand situation of mineral resources in China is tightening and the depth and difficulty of mineral exploration and mining are constantly increasing. In the current new situation of geological prospecting, the application of geological theoretical achievements to guide exploration practice and accelerate the integration of geological exploration and production with scientific research, reflects the important supporting role of geological research in serving exploration. It is a powerful measure to enhance geological exploration research capabilities, promote geological technology innovation, and cultivate inter-disciplinary talents in geology and scientific research. From the perspective of geological technology management, taking the project of Central Geological Exploration Fund Management Center as an example, analyses that “integration of production and research” is the success model to deeply integrate geological exploration and production with scientific research. Introduces its functions in practice, characteristic and typical cases; discusses its problems, such as the insufficient investment in scientific research funds and weak awareness of scientific and technological innovation disconnection between exploration and scientific research, the emphasis on exploration over scientific research, and lack of inter-disciplinary talents. Addressing these problems, proposes following innovative measures and suggestions for technology management: increase scientific research investment in geological exploration projects and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements; building an integrated operational mechanism for production, education and research; improving the geological exploration and scientific research index evaluation system; cultivating inter-disciplinary talents in geology and scientific research.
