    黄岩铅锌矿尾矿再利用可行性研究

    Study on the feasibility of reusing the tailings of Huangyan Lead-Zinc Mine

    • 摘要: 黄岩铅锌矿有1#尾矿库、2#尾矿库、3#尾矿库,三个尾矿库下游分布重要村庄和饮用水源,当地属于台风影响前沿地区,三个尾矿库闭库多年,但是潜在的安全隐患和固有风险始终存在,只有实施尾矿库销库工程,才能从源头上消除尾矿库固有的安全风险,提升周边环境安全条件。为此,首先要解决尾矿消纳利用问题。黄岩铅锌矿尾矿含有一定价值的铅锌矿物,通过对尾矿开展优先浮选、等可浮选、混合浮选试验研究,其中混合浮选可获得相对较好的分选指标;当磨矿细度−0.045 mm占85%时,通过一粗两精一扫的混合浮选闭路流程,获得产率为1.74%、铅品位为22.42%、锌品位为32.35%、铅回收率为67.63%、锌回收率为57.99%的铅锌混合精矿;对黄岩铅锌矿尾矿开展了生产加气混泥土试验研究,探索最佳原料配方和工艺条件,用铅锌尾矿作为主要原料生产加气混泥土,实验室获得了绝干容重B06合格品、A3.5强度等级的产品。研究结果表明:黄岩铅锌矿尾矿能作为生产加气混泥土的硅质材料;结合当地尾矿用途市场调研,通过方案论证,确定最佳尾矿利用方案,为下一步尾矿库回采销库,提供了工艺思路和市场方向。

       

      Abstract: There are 1#, 2# and 3# tailing ponds in Huangyan Lead-Zinc Mine, with several important villages and drinking water sources downstream of these three tailing ponds. Huangyan Area in Zhejiang Province belongs to the frontier area affected by typhoon. Although the three tailing ponds have been closed for many years, there are still potential safety hazards and inherent risks. Only by comprehensively utilizing or removing all the tailings in the tailing ponds, and restoring the original landform after dismantling the initial dam, flood discharge facilities and other tailing facilities, can the inherent safety risks of the tailing ponds be eliminated from the source and the safety of the surrounding environment be improved. Therefore, the problem of resource utilization of tailings should be solved first. There are some valuable lead-zinc minerals in the tailings of Huangyan Lead-Zinc Mine. Through the experimental study of differential flotation, isoflotability flowshee and bulk flotation, a relatively good separation index can be obtained through differential flotation. When the tailings with grinding fineness is −0.045 mm accounting for 85%, a lead-zinc mixed concentrate with yield of 1.74%, lead grade of 22.42%, zinc grade of 32.35%, lead recovery rate of 67.63% and zinc recovery rate of 57.99% is obtained through the closed-circuit process of bulk flotation, that is “the coarse concentrate is checked twice for refinement and screened once after re-grinding”. The experimental study on the production of autoclaved aerated concrete from the tailings of Huangyan Lead-Zinc Mine is carried out, and the best raw material formula and technological conditions are explored. Autoclaved aerated concrete is produced by using lead-zinc tailings as the main raw material, and the products with absolute dry bulk density B06 and strength grade A3.5 are obtained in the laboratory. The research shows that the tailings of Huangyan Lead-Zinc Mine can be used as the siliceous material for producing autoclaved aerated concrete. Combined with the market research on local usage of tailings, through scheme demonstration, the best utilization scheme of tailings is found out, which provides technological ideas and market direction for the next step of recovery and sales of tailings.
