    面向新一轮找矿突破战略行动的地质资料服务需求与产品设计研究

    • 摘要: 地质资料是矿产勘查工作顺利开展的重要保障,是新一轮找矿突破战略行动开展的重要基础。随着新一轮找矿突破战略行动的持续推进,开发利用好海量地质资料数据资源,加强地质资料数据集成研究紧迫性凸显。在当前大数据技术的新形势下,运用大数据分析技术指导矿产勘查实践,加快促进矿产勘查与地质基础数据深度融合,体现了地质资料数据对矿产勘查的重要支撑作用,是提升矿产勘查能力、推动地质科技创新的有力举措。从资料数据利用角度,通过对新一轮找矿突破战略行动对地质资料数据需求、业务需求、支撑需求和服务需求的梳理与分析,结合其对资料数据的四种应用场景,研究分析了面向新一轮找矿突破战略行动的地质资料数据产品,设计了专题制图产品、专题数据库产品、专题资料数据包产品和数据共享服务平台产品等四类资料数据产品;针对地质资料数据支撑新一轮找矿突破战略行动,提出了资料数据服务创新举措和建议:支撑构建新一轮找矿突破战略行动资料数据业务流程;联合各级地质资料馆藏机构,共同建库,协同服务;强化地质调查制图队伍建设,组建地质资料数据制图中心;构建地质资料数据应用实验室,促进“馆藏机构+高等院校+科研院所”产学研协同创新。

       

      Abstract: Geological data is an important guarantee for the development of mineral exploration work and an important foundation for the new round of prospecting breakthrough strategic action in mineral exploration. With the continuous promotion of a new round of prospecting breakthrough strategy in mineral exploration, the urgency of developing and utilizing massive geological data resources and strengthening the integration of geological data research has become prominent. In the current new situation of big data technology, using big data analysis technology to guide mineral exploration practice, accelerating the deep integration of mineral exploration and geological basic data, reflects the important supporting role of geological data in mineral exploration, and is a powerful measure to enhance mineral exploration capabilities and promote geological technology innovation. From the perspective of data utilization, by sorting and analyzing the geological data demand, business demand, support demand, and service demand of the new round of prospecting breakthrough strategy, combined with its four application scenarios for data, the geological data product for the new round of prospecting breakthrough strategy action is studied and analyzed. Thematic mapping products, thematic database products, and four types of data products, including thematic data package products and data sharing service platform products; In response to the support of geological data for a new round of prospecting breakthrough strategy in mineral exploration, innovative measures and suggestions for data service have been proposed: to support the construction of a new round of prospecting breakthrough strategy in mineral exploration data business processes; to collaborate with geological data collection institutions at all levels to jointly build databases and provide collaborative services; to strengthen the construction of geological survey mapping teams and establish geological data mapping centers; to construct a geological data application laboratory to promote collaborative innovation between industry, academia, and research institutions through “geological archives institution + university + research institute”.
