Abstract: In response to the issues in the management of offshore seismic data, through an analysis of the current situation, it has been found that there are problems such as lack of unified standards for seismic data, inconsistent recording of header information for seismic data traces, coexistence of multiple seismic data management software, absence of domestically developed seismic management software, inadequate technical support, storage and backup issues, as well as delayed data cleanup in work areas. To address these problems, solutions have been proposed, including governance of seismic master data, governance of seismic business data, construction of efficient seismic data storage, and domestication of seismic data management software. By implementing these measures, the issues in the management of offshore seismic data can be effectively resolved, improving the efficiency and quality of data management.
