    • 摘要: 尾矿作为一种特殊的大宗工业固体废物,堆存量逐年增加,带来了诸多的安全问题和环保问题,已成为制约我国经济发展和生态保护的因素之一。目前,尾矿的主要处置方式为进入尾矿库堆存,但该方式引起的安全问题和环保问题严重制约企业的持续发展,影响企业经济效益。近二十年来,尾矿作为一种二次资源,其综合利用得到国家的大力支持,以及研究机构的持续关注,不同种类尾矿的资源化途径和方式均有不同程度的研究。与此同时,尾矿资源化利用的工程实践也取得了突破。首先,基于国内行业统计数据,结合云南省尾矿库数量变化,对尾矿库、尾矿产生量及尾矿综合利用情况进行分析。其次,结合尾矿综合利用的技术研发及工程实践,重点介绍了云南省结合生态修复的露天采坑尾矿回采和矿山尾矿井下充填技术的应用案例。在应用案例中,通过相关技术的应用有效地解决了区域内历史遗留的生态环境破坏和企业持续生产的难题。最后,对后续研发的关注点提出建议,可为今后区域内尾矿资源化利用提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: As a special kind of bulk industrial solid waste, the stockpile of tailings has been increasing year by year, bringing about many safety and environmental protection problems, and has become one of the factors restricting China’s economic development and ecological protection. At present, the main disposal method of tailings is to enter the tailings ponds storage, but the safety and environmental protection issues caused by this method seriously constrain the sustainable development of enterprises and affect their economic benefits. In the past two decades, as a kind of secondary resources, the comprehensive utilization of tailings have received strong support from the country, as well as continuous attention from research institutions. The resource utilization pathways and methods of different types of tailings have been studied to varying degrees. Meanwhile, the engineering practice of tailings resource utilization has also made a breakthrough. Firstly, based on the domestic industry statistics, combined with the changes in the number of tailings ponds in Yunnan Province, the tailings ponds, tailings generation and comprehensive utilization of tailings are analyzed. Secondly, combined with the technology research and development and engineering practice of comprehensive utilization of tailings, the application cases of open pit tailings reclamation and mine tailings underground filling technology combined with ecological restoration in Yunnan Province are highlighted. In the application case, the application of relevant technologies effectively solved the problems of historical ecological environment damage and sustainable production of enterprises in the region. Finally, some suggestions are made for future research and development focus, which can provide a reference for future tailings resource utilization in the region.
