    高浓度全尾砂浆大垂高长距离管道输送阻力计算与工程实践

    Resistance calculation and engineering practice of high concentration unclassified tailings slurry transportation in long distance pipeline with large vertical height

    • 摘要: 甲玛矿选矿厂至充填站的尾砂浆输送工况为向上垂直高度398 m、距离2.2 km,属于国内罕见的大垂高、长距离输送范畴,技术上存在较大难度,准确确定浆体管道输送沿程阻力损失是进行管道输送系统设计的关键。为克服目前采用环管试验测定管道沿程阻力损失方法耗时耗力、成本高的问题,首先采用旋转式流变仪测定了甲玛矿高浓度尾砂浆的流变参数,通过数据拟合确定了尾砂浆浓度在64%~68%时,其流变特性符合宾汉姆(Bingham)流体模型。其次利用该模型,结合白金汉(Buckingham)定理,在理论上推导了管流沿程阻力损失理论公式,并对甲玛矿不同浓度尾砂浆体管道输送沿程阻力损失进行了计算,论证了甲玛矿隔膜泵额定泵送压力为9 MPa时可满足泵送要求。最后通过对甲玛矿充填系统尾砂供料隔膜泵实际运行出口压力监测,并与理论计算结果进行了对比。研究结果表明,采用该计算模型对甲玛矿高浓度全尾砂浆输送具有很好的适用性,为管道输送设计提供了理论依据,对类似矿山具有重要借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: The pumping distance for tailings slurry between the processing plant and the backfill station of Jiama Mine is rarely large in vertical high and horizontal space in China. The transportation distance of tailings slurry is about 398 m vertical height and 2.2 km horizontally, with particular technical difficulty. The accurate determination of the frictional resistance loss of slurry during pumping transportation is the key to the design of this pipeline transportation system. In this study, a rotary rheometer is used to measure the rheological parameters of the high-concentration tailings mortar in Jiama Mine to overcome the time-consuming, labour-intensive and high-cost problems of the current method of measuring pipeline friction loss by ring pipe test. The rheological properties of the tailings mortar conformed to the Bingham model when the concentration of the tailings mortar is 64%-68% through data fitting in this study. In combination with the Buckingham theory, the theoretical formula for the resistance loss along the pipe flow is deduced, and the friction resistance loss of the tailings slurry with different concentrations in the Jiama Mine is calculated. Hence, the required pumping pressure of the Jiama Mine is estimated to be 9 MPa. In addition, the actual pressure at the outlet of the pipeline is monitored; the results show that the estimation method for friction loss of the high-concentration tailings slurry in the Jiama Mine has good applicability to the actual situation, which provides a theoretical basis for pipeline transportation design in Jiama Mine and has essential reference significance for similar mines.
