Abstract:
In the new era, high-quality development has posed new tasks for the geological exploration industry and provided new development opportunities for geological workers. Especially in the context of a new round of strategic breakthroughs in geological prospecting, geological exploration units need to identify their work positioning and to take the initiative to undertake tasks. However, the geological exploration units generally face problems such as homogeneous competition fierce, scientific and technological innovation capabilities insufficient, and a lack of emerging geological professionals, which seriously restrict the transformation and development of geological exploration units. Therefore, geological exploration units should change the traditional management mode, achieve refined management, ensure efficient and scientific management, and better promote development. Based on this, the meaning and characteristics of refined management in geological exploration units are analyzed, as well as the significance of achieving refined management in geological exploration units. It is proposed that refined management in geological exploration units should be achieved through strengthening target design and refinement, rigorously standardizing system and process formulation, enhancing target execution ability, strengthening communication and cooperation among all parties, problem orientation and resolution, and paying attention to detail management. The aim is to enhance the core competitiveness of geological exploration units through refined management and make contributions to the high-quality development of the geological exploration industry.
