“十二五”期间中国石化地质资料管理与服务情况分析

Analysis of the geological data management and service of Sinopec during China’s 12th Five-Year Plan period

摘要: 本文从地质资料管理制度标准体系建设，地质资料管理基础条件完善，地质资料管理信息化建设，馆藏地质资料资源建设，以及地质资料利用服务等方面系统分析总结了中国石化“十二五”期间的地质资料管理工作情况。根据目前油气勘探开发工作的实际情况，提出了在“十三五”时期完善石油公司体制下的地质资料归档管控体系建设、完善中国石化地质资料管理系统功能、对馆藏光磁介质地质资料保管情况进行清查等方面的工作建议。

Abstract: The geological data management of Sinopec during the China’s 12th-Five-Year-Plan period was summarized based on five factors，in which the establishment of standardization management system，improvement of infrastructure condition，informatization，collected data management and utilization service of geological data are included.As the result of this paper，some suggestions on how to enhance the geological data management and service of Sinopec during the China’s 13thFive-YearPlan period were made.
