    Research on aluminum flow analysis:progress and perspectives

    • 摘要: 本文综述了铝物质流研究的相关内容,分析了国内外铝物质流研究的特点和不足,并展望了未来相关研究的热点和发展方向。现阶段铝物质流研究多与产业生态学相结合,而忽视了模型的动态模拟,研究区域多集中于国家层面,而对区域、企业和产品层面的研究较少,研究内容主要关注铝生命周期代谢过程和铝使用存量,而忽略了驱动铝物质流动背后的因素。未来铝物质流分析要与产业生态学、产业经济学及其他领域的方法相融合,构建铝物质流量化分析和动态模拟模型;健全区域/企业统计体系,加强基础性调研,完善中微观层次的铝物质流基础数据库;建立铝物质流、能源流和环境流的研究体系,设别影响驱动铝物质流动的因素,模拟其代谢过程等,以弥补现阶段物质流研究的不足。

       

      Abstract: This paper reviewed recent progress in aluminum flow analysis, identified the characteristics and insufficiencies of existing studies, and projected future avenues of development for aluminum flow analysis.At present, the study of aluminum material flow have combined with industrial ecology, ignoring the dynamic simulation of the model; most studies have been conducted at the national(or multi-national) levels,while few has been performed at regional or at enterprise or product levels.These studies focused on the aluminum life cycle metabolic process and the in-use stock of aluminum, while ignoring the factors behind the flow of material.To fill the lack of research on the aluminum material flow, we have to combined with industrial ecology, industrial economics and other methods to build a dynamic simulation model of aluminum material flow; to improve the regional/enterprise statistical system, strengthen the basic research, and complete the micro-level of the aluminum material flow basic database; and to establish the research system of aluminum material flow, energy flow and environmental flow, identify the factors that affecting the flow of aluminum material and simulate its metabolic process in the future study.
