    Theoretical evaluation model of the energy industry maturity levels

    • 摘要: 随着能源新技术的发展,能源领域新兴产业不断涌现,需建立能源产业成熟度评价方法为产业的健康发展提供科学决策支撑。本文将产业成熟度评价方法应用在能源领域,从多技术和多产品角度构建了能源产业成熟度评价体系,给出了成熟度等级及其评价标准,并基于模糊数学方法和层次分析法建立了能源产业成熟度评价模型。

       

      Abstract: With the development of new energy technologies, the more and more strategic emerging industries are developing rapidly in the field of energy and we need the energy industry maturity evaluation method to provide scientific decision-making support for the development of the industry.This paper applies the industry maturity evaluation method in the field of energy and constructs the energy industry maturity evaluation system from the perspective of the multiple technologies and products, and gives the levels of maturity and their evaluation standards.At last, based on the fuzzy mathematical method and the hierarchy analysis method, the paper establishes the evaluation model of the energy industry maturity levels.
