    Research on the consolidation characteristics test of cemented tailings backfill under side-confined high stress

    • 摘要: 充填接顶后,充填体在复杂应力条件下发生变形量的大小直接关系到能否对上覆岩层进行有效控制。为揭示深部开采充填体服役过程中的力学作用机制,必须深刻了解充填体在复杂应力作用下的变形性能。本文结合工程实际,在实验室实验基础上分别对不同龄期充填体侧限约束条件下的固结变形特性进行研究,得到了不同养护龄期充填体的压缩规律;对侧限高应力固结过程中充填体的本构关系进行了探讨,分析了侧限约束条件下充填体由弹性变形到弹塑性变形再过渡到弹性变形的全过程,研究结论能够为深部开采充填设计及安全管理提供科学依据。

       

      Abstract: After the roof-contacted filling,the ability of controlling the overburden was directly affected by the deformation value of backfill under the complicated stress conditions.In order to reveal the mechanics mechanism of the backfill in service process in deep mining,the deformation performance of backfill under complicated stress conditions must be understood deeply.Combined with engineering practice and in base of laboratory tests,the consolidation deformation characteristics of different curing age side-confined backfill were studied in this paper,and the compression rules of different curing age backfill were revealed.The constitutive relations of backfill in the process of side-confined consolidation were discussed.And the whole process of backfill under side-confined consolidation from elastic deformation to elastic-plastic deformation was analyzed.The conclusions can provide a scientific basis for deep mining design and safety management.
