Abstract: It was important to analyze mechanical properties of dump truck’s body that was the key part of dump truck and bear varying dynamic load，the stress distribution is very complex when the truck in use.A finite element method was put forward to calculate the strength，stiffness，fatigue performance of dump truck’s body under transporting material，unloading material，returning，loading material.It can be the evidence of lighting design and optimizing design of the body.
