Abstract:
In order to decrease the cost of backfill in coal mine,a kind of new backfill material was prepared with coal gasification wastes used as aggregate and ordinary portland cement used as cementitious material.The slump and dehydration rate of the slurry was measured.The strength of the hardened backfill material was also measured.The results show that with the increasing of ordinary portland cement,the slump of the slurry increases,that with the increasing of the fine coal gasification waste,the dehydration rate of the slurry decreases,and that the strength of the hardened backfill material can meet the need of self-support when the content of ordinary portland cement is 6%.When coal gasification wastes are used as aggregates,the cost of backfill is acceptable.
