    Improvement and application of gas drainage roadways in mountainous high outburst mines

    • 摘要: 突出矿井煤巷的快速掘进一直是个难以解决的问题,目前煤矿大都是布置底板瓦斯巷,对工作面两巷进行消突,因此,底板瓦斯巷的布置成了关键。为了解决这一问题,以米箩煤矿为研究对象,在原矿井设计方案的基础上,利用山区煤矿的地形条件,优化设计了两条措施运输平硐和措施回风平硐,底板瓦斯巷从主斜井和措施平硐同时相向掘进,同时相向对工作面两巷预抽瓦斯,同时相向掘进工作面两巷。实践证明,工作面运输平巷掘进用时90 d,掘进901.1 m,工作面回风顺槽掘进用时121 d,掘进927.8 m,比原计划用时缩短了30%,加快了工作面两巷掘进速度,掘进过程中未发生突出事故,实现了工作面两巷的安全快速掘进。

       

      Abstract: Coal roadway rapid drilling in outburst mine is a difficult problem to solve all the time,now eliminating outburst is carried mostly by gas drainage roadways,so roadway manage is key.To solve the problem,Miluo coal mine as a research object,according to the terrain conditions of mountainous coal,on the original foundation of the project in coal mine design,aided transported adit and return air adit has designed,then tunnel gas drainage roadways,which was digged in opposite from main shafts and aided adits at the same time,gas was pulled out both in haulage roadway and return air roadway at the same time,then digged in opposite at the same time,it has been proven that it took 90 days to tunnel haulage roadway which is 901.1 m,121 days to tunnel return air roadway which is 927.8 m,shorten excavation time by 50% than planned,no coal and gas outburst accidents,safe high-speed driving was realized.
