    改性硅藻岩增强橡胶复合材料的研究

    Study on modified-diatomite reinforced rubber composites

    • 摘要: 硅藻岩是生物质沉积岩,因其具有质轻、大的比表面积、超强的吸附性、隔音、耐磨、耐热以及耐腐蚀等特点而被广泛应用于化工、石油、建材、生物医药卫生以及环保等众多领域,其与白炭黑成分结构类似,可作为白炭黑的替代品来增强橡胶材料。本文首先对黑龙江省黑河硅藻岩进行了改性,考察了不同改性剂的改性效果,结果表明偶联剂Si69的改性效果较好。采用机械共混法制备了改性硅藻岩/橡胶复合材料,通过力学性能测试和SEM分析确定了最适合硅藻岩增强的橡胶是氟橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶和丙烯酸酯橡胶,硅藻岩能均匀分散在这三种橡胶基体中,相容性良好且机械性能优异。

       

      Abstract: Diatomite is a kind of biomass sedimentary rock,which is widely used in chemical petroleum,building materials,biomedical health,environmental protection and other fields due to its characteristics of light weight,large specific surface area,super adsorption,noise abrasion resistance,heat resistance and corrosion resistance.It is similar in structure to silica and can be used as a substitute for silica to reinforce the rubber material.In this work,the diatomite produced by Heihe river in Heilongjiang province has been modified and the modification effect of different modifiers has been studied.The results show that the modification effect of Si69 is good.The modified diatomite/rubber composites were prepared by mechanical blending method.According to the mechanical properties test,the most suitable diatomite-reinforced rubber was fluorine rubber,EPDM rubber and acrylate rubber.SEM showed that the diatomite can be dispersed uniformly in the three kinds of rubber matrix with good compatibility and the composites have excellent mechanical properties.
