    Study on copper material flow in China in 2015

    • 摘要: 中国是铜资源消费大国,研究铜资源的利用和循环状态对中国经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文基于物质流研究方法,从铜资源的采矿、选矿、冶炼、加工制造、消费和回收处理等产业链关键环节详细阐述了2015年中国铜资源的流动情况,得到了2015年中国铜物质流图,并厘定了铜资源的相关技术经济指标。结果显示,铜生产阶段中地采和选矿的损耗率比较高,分别为12.34%、14.81%;铜资源对外依存度高达74.63%。在减少能耗降低损失的同时,中国还应加强国内资源勘查和提高再生铜的利用率。

       

      Abstract: China is a big consuming country of copper resources.It is of great significance to study the utilization and circulation of copper resources for the sustainable development of China’s economy.Based on the material flow research method, this paper expatiates on the flow of copper resources in 2015 in China from the key aspects of mining, mineral processing, smelting, processing, consumption and recycling of copper resources in detail.The copper material flow map of China is determined in 2015, the relevant technical and economic indexes of copper resources are also determined.The results show that, during the copper production stage, the loss rate of ground mining and dressing is relatively high, 12.34% and 14.81% respectively; the external dependence of copper resources is as high as 74.63%.While reducing energy consumption and reducing losses, China should also strengthen domestic resource exploration and increase the utilization rate of reclaimed copper.
