    某铁矿全尾砂充填体特性研究

    The characteristics study of unclassified backfilling body for an iron mine

    • 摘要: 安徽某铁矿山主要采用无底柱分段崩落法,兼用留矿法和房柱法回收部分边角矿体。由于矿山进行采选生产能力改扩建工程,拟对部分矿体采用分段空场嗣后充填采矿法。通过对全尾砂进行物理化学特性测试、全尾砂粒级组成分析、SEM扫描电镜测试和不同配比充填体的7 d、28 d和60 d单轴抗压强度进行测试,获得了充填体内部结构随砂灰比提高的变化规律和充填材料配比参数与单轴抗压强度的关系,有效评价了尾砂的特性对充填体质量的影响,为矿山实现高效、安全的充填生产提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: The mainly method of iron mine to recycle part of marginal ore-body are non-pillar sublevel caving,the auxiliary methods are shrinkage and room and pillar mining.The mine is improving mining and dressing ability and expanding production.The mining method which sublevels open stoping with subsequent backfilling will be carried on to the part of ore-body.The changing rules of internal structure about filling body and the relationship between proportioning parameter and uniaxial compressive strength can be obtained though the test of physical and chemical properties,analysis of sand level,SEM test,the test of ore-body with different proportioning test in 7days,28days and 60days.The effect of unclassified tailings characteristics to the quality of filling body can be effectively evaluated by the test results and analysis.The purpose of all of these is providing achieving theoretical foundation for efficient and safe production.
