    Research on the advance pre-cracking technology of hard roof in fully mechanized short caving mining face with large inclined angle

    • 摘要: 大倾角短长壁综采放顶煤工作面厚层坚硬顶板不易垮落,采空区易发生大面积悬顶、瓦斯积聚以及顶板垮落动力冲击等灾害。以博斯坦煤矿1131工作面为例,计算了工作面顶板破断歩距,通过分析坚硬顶板处理方法,提出了顶板弱化技术方案,针对大倾角坚硬顶板超前弱化确定了合理的炮眼布置方式、爆破参数以及安全技术措施,通过现场实践,实现了工作面顶板及时垮落,确保矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: Large-scale fully mechanized top coal caving mining with small width of working face thick hard roof is not easy to collapse, mined-out prone to large area of suspended roof, gas accumulation and roof collapse dynamic impact and other disasters.Taking Bostan coal mine 1131 working face as an example, the roof breakage of work face is calculated.Through the analysis of the hard roof treatment method, the roof weakening technology scheme is put forward, and a reasonable arrangement of blast holes, blasting parameters and safety technical measures are determined in view of the leading weakening of the hard roof with big dip angle.Through on-site practice, the roof of the working face was promptly collapsed and the mine safety production was ensured.
