    Comprehensive evaluation model of county mineral resources based on combined improved analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory

    • 摘要: 当前,对一省范围内各县矿产资源的评价缺乏定量的方法。本文运用改进的AHP和模糊理论相结合的方法建立了县域矿产资源综合评价模型,对湖南省55个县(市)的矿产资源进行综合评价并进行分级排序。该方法解决了评价矩阵一致性检验计算量大,直接赋权缺乏客观性的难题,为县域矿产资源综合评价提供一个切实可行的参考模型。评价结果表明,湖南省55个县的矿产大多处于中等水平且等级分布差异明显,该评价结果与实地调研基本吻合,表明所建模型和采用的方法是可行的,对县域矿产资源定量评价可以起到借鉴作用。运用本文所建立的评价指标体系对某一县进行综合评价时可以分别得出各层次的评价结果,可以根据评价结果确定该县矿业发展应采取的策略,为该区域矿业发展提供了科学的策略选择。

       

      Abstract: So far, there are rarely any research which is the quantitative evaluation methods of mineral resources of all the counties in a certain province. In this paper, the evaluation model using the improved AHP integrated with fuzzy theory is established and this model is used to evaluate the selected 55 counties (cities) of Hunan province and the status of mineral resources of the counties are sorted according to the evaluation results. This method has not such large amount of calculations and the determination of the weight of the coefficient is not such subjective as traditional AHP. The results show that most of the counties are of the middle level and there is a big gap between the counties. The evaluation results are in consistent with site survey results which indicate the model and the method is applicable and can be a reference for quantitative evaluations of mineral resources of counties in other province. The indicator system is divided the subsystem in each layer is evaluated individually which can obtain an evaluation result in each subsystem. The counties can determine what strategies should be taken according to evaluation results of the layers and this can let counties make the development decision more scientifically.
