中国矿业企业海外运营风险及管控:以贵州锦丰项目管理为例

    Overseas Operation Risks and Coping Strategy of Chinese Mining Enterprises:Taking Guizhou Jinfeng Project Management as an Example

    • 摘要: 近几年我国矿业企业在海外依靠强大的资本、成本优势及很强的执行力取得了较大进步,但与国际一流矿业企业比较在运营管理上还存在差距。贵州锦丰矿业有限公司是外资在我国境内投资的最大的单体黄金矿山项目,在少数民族聚集区成功运营多年。笔者结合海外项目经历及在贵州锦丰矿业有限公司工作学习经历,从企业价值观、四方共创、安全管理、人才选拔使用等方面对贵州锦丰项目运营管理进行了总结思考,也对海外项目运营主要风险因素进行了具体分析,并结合贵州锦丰项目管理提出了海外项目开发建议。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, Chinese mining enterprises have made great progress overseas by relying on strong capital, cost advantages and strong execution, but there is still a gap in operation management compared with world-class mining enterprises. Guizhou Jinfeng is the largest foreign investment project in my country, and has been successfully operating in ethnic minority areas for many years. Based on overseas project experience and work and study experience in Guizhou Jinfeng, the author summarizes and thinks about the operation management of Guizhou Jinfeng project in terms of corporate values, co-creation, safety management, talent selection and use, etc., and also discusses the main risk factors of overseas project operation. Conducted a specific analysis, and put forward overseas project development suggestions based on the project management of Guizhou Jinfeng, aiming to learn and communicate with people in the same field.
