    Stability analysis of the numerical simulation of backfill on high-bench stope

    • 摘要: 胶结充填体的稳定性对金属矿山的高效回采极为关键。为此,运用数值模拟的方法,综合考虑采场实际结构,设置合理的物理力学参数,对紫金山金铜矿深部X1号矿体采场进行模拟、稳定性分析。在矿房、矿柱布置18个位移观测点,记录各测点在一步骤矿房开挖、充填,二步骤矿柱开挖、充填整个过程中的变形特性。根据采场应力分布、塑性区分布、位移变化判断采场的稳定性,分析高阶段范围下充填体的稳定作用过程。

       

      Abstract: The stability of cemented backfill is crucial to the efficient mining of metal mines.Accordingly,the numerical simulation method is used to set up the reasonable physical parameters and mechanical parameters,which are based on the actual structure of the stope.Then,simulating and analysing the deep X1 orebody in zijinshan Gold copper mine.Eighteen monitoring points have layouted in the rooms and pillars to record the deformation characteristics when the rooms and pillars are firstly and secondly excavated and filled.According to the stress distribution,plastic zone distribution and displacement variation,both the stability of stope can be determined and the process of backfill stability can be analyzed.
