    杏山铁矿-330m水平卸矿硐室与主溜井塌方部位处理方法探索实践

    Exploration and practice of the landslide area solution at -330 m level ore dumping chamber and the main chute in Xingshan iron ore mine

    • 摘要: 2013年4月23日,杏山铁矿-330 m水平卸矿硐室北侧正对主溜井井筒中心方向墙部发生垮冒,与主溜井井筒塌透,造成矿石破碎提升流程停机。处理时先对冒入卸矿硐室内矿石进行灌浆稳固,清理出硐室侧壁;然后对硐室采用U25型钢拱架、耐磨板加钢筋混凝土的联合支护方式进行抢修加固,施工工期仅12 d。经过组织专家论证和日常生产实际验证,卸矿硐室塌方部位处理方式合理,工期短,使用过程中安全稳定。

       

      Abstract: On April 23,2013,the wall was collapsed at the north of -330 m level ore dumping chamber of Xingshan iron ore mine towards the direction of the main chute wellbore center,and the main chute wellbore was collapsed,which caused ore crushing process downtime.The solution was to take grouting into ore dumping chamber indoor for solid,clearing the cavern wall.Then the U25 steel arch was used in the chamber,along with the combined supporting method of wear-resisting board plus reinforced concrete to repair and reinforce.The construction period was only 12 days.Through experts’ argumentation and daily production validation,the solution to the landslide area of ore dumping chamber was reasonable with short construction period and stability in use process.
