深部特厚顶板富水煤层综放采高分析与安全开采技术

    Full-mechanized caving mining height analysis and safety mining technology of supper thinck coal seam with water-rich roof in deep

    • 摘要: 针对陕西永陇矿区崔木煤矿21301首采工作面开采期间发生的12次涌水、多次大面积来压、瓦斯积聚等事故灾害,在研究工作面顶板结构、水文地质条件、工作面和顶板来压及涌水量的基础上,计算了一次采全高、分层综放割煤高度、放煤高度及导水裂隙带高度,分析了含(隔)水层与导水裂隙带的关系,得到了综放开采的安全开采上限,提出了崔木煤矿综放工作面初采、末采及顶板富水等危险区域条件下安全开采技术措施,对于预防工作面重大灾害起重要的指导作用。

       

      Abstract: Water inrush,large areas of supports crushing,gas accumulation and other accidents disasters had been taken place 12 times during the excavation of 21301 initial mining face in Cuimu coal mine,Shaanxi province,China.Based on the study of the mining face roof strata structure,geological and hydrological conditions,the induced-pressure of the mining face and water inrush quantities,the full-seam mining height,layered fully-mechanized coal cutting height,top caving height and water-conducting fractured zone height were calculated to analyzed relationship between aquifer and water-conducting fractured zone.In addition,the upper limit of safe mining of full-mechanized caving mining was obtained to put forward the safety mining technology of the Cuimu coal mine at the initial and final fully-mechanized caving mining.This study provides guidance to preventing major disasters of coal face.
