    煤矿区土地利用综合效益耦合关系分析

    Analysis of coupling degree of land use comprehensive benefits

    • 摘要: 社会经济与生态的协调发展是实现可持续发展的必要要求。在煤矿区受到煤炭资源开发的影响,土地作为其对生态影响的最直接反映,土地利用的社会经济效益和生态效益通常具有较大的矛盾。本文在矿区生命周期理论的基础上,分析土地利用社会经济效益与生态效益的耦合机理,从而构建土地利用社会经济效益与生态效益耦合模型。以朔南矿区为例,测算社会经济效益与生态效益两者之间的耦合度,以此判断矿区土地利用的协调性与可持续性。研究结果显示:从2005~2014年,朔南矿区土地利用的社会经济效益与生态效益耦合度呈现倒“U型”,经历了三个发展阶段,基本符合矿区生命周期规律,并且受到生态环境保护政策的影响显著。

       

      Abstract: The coordination of socio-economic development and ecology is the necessary requirement to realize sustainable development.In the coal mining area affected by the coal resources exploitation,the land as its most direct impact on the ecology,which lead to a greater contradiction between socio-economic benefits and ecological benefits of land use.Based on the theory of mine life cycle,this paper analyzes the coupling mechanism of socio-economic benefits and ecological benefits of land use,so as to build coupling model on socio-economic benefits system and ecological system.Taking ShuoNan mining area as an example,the coupling degree between socio-economic benefits and ecological benefits is measured to determine the coordination and sustainability of land use in mining area.The results show that from 2005 to 2014,the coupling degree of social and economic benefits and ecological benefits of land use in ShuoNan mining area showed a “U-type” and experienced three stages of development,which basically accorded with the law of mine life cycle and was influenced by eco-environmental protection policy significantly.
